As a Senior Associate at Groves & Partners, Luke has significant experience in buy-sideM&A, sell-side M&A, financial analysis and business analytics.

Prior to joining Groves & Partners, Luke honed his ability to understand and explain complex commercial concepts in international firms such as Deloitte and KPMG in Australia. In these firms, Luke actively contributed to external audit and assurance for financial services, as well as turnaround and restructuring projects.

Luke graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a double major in accounting and finance. Further, Luke is dedicated to ongoing professional development and education, currently pursuing the path to becoming a Chartered Accountant, showcasing a commitment to staying abreast of industry advancements.
